1.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm a booking. Payment can
be via, cheque or postal orders must be received within 5 working days after a provisional booking has been taken.

Any remaining balance, including a £50 breakage/damage deposit, must be received eight weeks before
the start of your holiday break. If this time frame is not met we then reserve the right to re-advertise
the caravan.
3. A reservation form detailing
all party names must be completed prior to the holiday start date. The main named hirer is responsible
for all members of their party, ensuring that only those people named on the form will be allowed to stay in the caravan.
4. No bookings from young
single sex groups or groups of youths under 25 can be accepted.

For the comfort of all our guests we request that you do not smoke in the caravan. However,
smoking is permitted outside. Please discard carefully.
6.
We regret we are unable to accept dogs or any other pets in the caravan.

The caravan must be left in the same clean and tidy conditions, with full inventory, as you found it
on arrival. All breakages, faults or problems are to be reported on arrival.
8.
At the end of your holiday the caravan will be inspected and if the caravan is left as per section 2,7
and 20, the breakage/damage deposit will be returned in full as a cheque by post. If
this is not the case then part of, or all of your breakage/damage deposit will be lost, dependent on the time and resources
needed to correct the situation. This also applies to any damage, accidental, wilful or through neglect
caused to the caravan or its contents, including loss caused by any member of your party. This excludes
mechanical or electrical breakdowns due to normal use.
9.
Once we have received your balance, plus breakage/damage deposit it is accepted that the named hirer
has agreed to the full terms and conditions as applicable at the time of your booking and holiday. Refunds
will only be considered in certain circumstances and at the owner’s discretion. In the event that
the caravan becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
10.
Caravan arrival and departure times will be 4pm earliest arrival and 10 am departure. Late arrivals must
be advised at the time of booking to arrange alternative key collection.
11. The
site has the right to terminate any holiday if the general behaviour, or noise level of any party is unacceptable to them
and complaints have been received.
12. Liability. We shall
not be liable for the death or injury of any person named in the booking form or for any loss or damage to property of any
such person howsoever any such death, injury, loss or damage maybe caused otherwise as a result of our negligence. Your vehicles,
their contents and accessories, your luggage and personal belongings are left entirely at your own risk.
13.
Any changes to booking party name / party numbers must be notified by email prior to the holiday. Any
changes that do not meet the terms and conditions stated, will be at our discretion to cancel the booking, and deposit or
full payment will not be refund.
14. The Caravan is eight berth and at no time must
this occupancy be exceeded, only names on booking form are entitled to occupy the caravan. The hirer must remain present during
the occupancy period of the caravan.
15. The area around
the Caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
16. Clothes
are to be dried on the airer provided, at no times are they to be dried over heaters. Clothes lines must not be erected.
17. Tents are not permitted on Caravan surrounding area.
18. Park rules and regulations must be adhered to during the
stay, these are available from the site on arrival/request.
19. Please
remove all dirty footwear before entering the caravan.
20. All
electrical and domestic goods, including boiler must be switched off upon departure.
21.
Ball Games must only be played in designated areas and not between vans.
22.
Open fires and Ground level barbeques area not permitted between the Caravans.
