Do you accept all male and female parties?	Bookings from all female or all male parties will not be accepted. The holiday park have the right to remove anyone from the park / holiday home should they make any disturbances during their stay. The Park reception will confirm party names and sex on arrival/collection of keys. We will require at the time of booking the names and ages of everyone in the holiday party.
Cancellation /Loss of Deposit?	At the time of booking a £50.00 deposit will be payable to secure the booking.  8 weeks prior to the date of arrival the remainder of the full payment will be required , also required will be an additional £50.00 breakage fee that will be returned within 14 days of your departure. Can I take my pet on holiday with me?	We do not accept pets in our accommodation
What is included in the cost of my holiday?	Gas Central Heating and Electricity.Fully Equipped Caravan. Reference web page description.
What time can I check into my accommodation?	Guaranteed check-in time into your accommodation is 4pm on the day of arrival (subject to unavoidable delays).  Late arrivals will need to be pre arranged at time of booking.
What time do I need to leave on my final day?	On the day of your departure we ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10am.
What do I need to show at arrival in reception?	You will need to show your booking confirmation sheet to check in at reception to receive the caravan keys. Reception may wish to see all parties excluding infants.
Can I hire cots and high chairs?	Cots and highchairs are available for hire and can be added to your booking for £10 per item. Just add these to your booking . Collected from reception on Arrival.
Do I require holiday insurance?	The owner and site representatives are relieved of any liability for personal injury, goods left, lost or stolen before, during and after the booking has been completed.  We advise you to insure yourselves if not covered
What do you do if you run out of gas or have interuptions to electrical supply?	If you contact the Park reception they will replace gas cylinders and investigate any electrical faults interrupting supply to the caravan.
Where can I find travel instructions to the park and Static Caravan?	We email or post a fortnight prior to your holiday directions and booking instructions.
What should we take with us on Holiday?	The Caravan has a fully equipped kitchen inventory for up to 8 people, including toaster, microwave, kettle. Provided in the cost are the duvets/pillows. You will need to bring bathroom and Kitchen necessities e.g Toilet roll, washing up liquid, cloths etc.
How much are entertainment passes and what do they provide access too?	Entertainment passes can be purchased from the park reception, the passes cost approx £7.00 per adult for 7 nights, reduced cost for short breaks. The passes allow access to all of the parks facilities. However the solarium and crazy golf cost extra.
Are there children's clubs at this park?	This park has the following children's clubs - Treetops Tots for under 4's - Treetops Grove for 4 - 10 year olds
What facilities and entertainment does the park have?	There is a range of family entertainment every evening in the club house and you'll receive an entertainment guide when you check-in on request. Indoor Swimming Pool, crazy Golf, sauna, sunbed, outdoor sports pitch, fishing (nearby), children's play area's, children's and adults evening entertainment etc
